Tracy was born and raised in Front Royal, graduated from Warren County High School in 1988. A fun fact about her is she received the Outstanding Business Student Award in High School which led to her career in real estate. With 32+ years experience in banking and real estate paralegal, and the last 22 years as a real estate settlement agent; Tracey enjoys exceeding clients expectations.

Charity & Giving Back
Through her employment with TLC Settlements, LLC she supports the “Reaching Out Now Program” that feeds over 50 families in the local community 3 times a week. She has also supported “The Hope Closet” that donates clothing and hygiene items for children in need through the school systems, and “Operation Santa” which provides candy that is delivered by the fire department in their community to the children on Christmas Eve. She has supported the “Phoenix Project” that helps with domestic abuse in our community, “The Warren County Builder’s Association”, “The Front Royal Little League”, and “Warren County Girls Softball Association” and many other events throughout the year in the local community.

Patty was born and raised in Strasburg. She graduated in 1989 from Strasburg High School (Go Rams). After graduation, she moved to Front Royal, VA. In 2000, she and her husband built their home in Middletown and that is where they still reside. She has worked at TLC Settlements for 4 years now. Patty is the newest member of the TLC Family. She has known these ladies for years even before she became employed here with two of the owners being lifelong friends. Her duties include: opening the new contracts when we receive them, completing the compliances after closing, and assisting with the Final Policies once the documents have been recorded at the courthouses.

On A Personal Note
When she is not working at TLC Settlements, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Patty has been with her husband, Rodney for 22+ years now. Her greatest accomplishment is she gets to be called Mom and now Maw Maw. She have two dogs and one cat. Her mother came to live with her two years ago after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Life can be hard and hectic at times, but she wouldn’t change it for anything. Patty can honestly say that she and Rodney are truly blessed with the best of friends who are family to them. She always says that “blood doesn’t make you family”, and she truly believes this saying!
